The broader real estate industry has been a foundation of the Washington Metropolitan Area economy for years and will continue to be a growth engine. When one aspect of real estate (such as residential) falters, the others gain strength (e.g., commercial, industrial, mixed use, institutional). To support the evolution of this expanding industry, the Volgenau School of IT and Engineering has expanded the number of graduate courses in Real Estate.
Continuing Executive Education is a key offering of the Center, providing twofold opportunities for the experienced professional. Interested parties can apply as "non-degree" students to take courses. Alternatively, the Center is offering and coordinating three separate Graduate Certificate Degree Programs.
