Courses of Study
George Mason University believes in borderless education. The Center's curriculum is unique, drawing from the best and brightest across the entire university, as well as from the development community. Our curriculum is full, and covers the broad spectrum of the Real Estate Development, including analyzing and valuing land, creating value through construction and development, and financing and managing the ultimate asset.
Currently, we offer 18 courses through the Center - most are offered twice per year (each semester) but some only once.
