Working hard to forge a bond between our nearly 40,000 alumni, the Business Alumni Chapter offers engaging programs and networking opportunities while representing the unique voice and perspective that only alumni can offer.
Intent on enhancing the reputation of the Costello College of Business and developing fellowship between alumni, students, faculty, staff, and the community, the chapter encourages support for scholarship, promotes professional development of students and alumni, and fosters a sense of pride and commitment to George Mason University. The chapter is governed by an alumni-elected Board of Directors and officers serve by election for one-year terms. And the best part is membership is free!
Chapter networking events take place throughout the year around Fairfax, Arlington, Alexandria, Washington, D.C., and in cities across the country. But that's not the only way you can get involved. You can:
- Mentor students
- Recruit and hire students and alumni
- Contribute to fundraising priorities
- Create a scholarship for deserving students
- Plan social events and mixers
- Join a committee for major event planning (homecoming, reunions, Alumni Celebration)
