A first-generation college graduate, Melvin Reyes emigrated from El Salvador as a teenager, not speaking a word of English and unsure of his career goals. Now a Student Ambassador for the Master’s in Finance program, Reyes represents Costello College of Business graduate programs to the external and internal communities, embodying excellence and sharing his own student experiences with prospective students.

The support Grace Rebollo ’23 found for her disability from professors at George Mason University who understood her individual needs was one of the driving forces that led her to pursue a Master’s in Management at the Costello College of Business.

By attending a ProfessionalQuest event at the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University, John Joseph gained invaluable experience in networking and secured an internship in his field.

The scholarship luncheon, held each fall by the Donald G. Costello College of Business at George Mason University, brings together scholarship donors with the student recipients of those scholarships. On Friday, September 29, approximately 30 George Mason University students met at the IRS Criminal Investigation (IRS-CI) headquarters in Washington, D.C., for the IRS Citizen Academy.
